MOBILEGATE PROJECT

Mobilegate is a system for publishing geo-localised multimedia content.

Users can navigate verified free content that is specific to the area directly through the browser on their mobile device, via a private Wi-Fi network.

With mobilegate there is no need to install apps. The system can be customised to meet user needs and runs on open-source technology and scalable hardware. This keeps content costs low, compared to other Wi-Fi Proximity Marketing Devices on the market today.

mBoxes can be powered through solar panels and can sync user content in several ways:

• Directly
• Ethernet GSM / 3G / 4G
• Low-frequency radio (LoRaWan) – in certain circumstances.
• mBoxes are compatible with IoT sensors so that they can receive data from their surroundings.
